We are looking for a senior and talented Head of Digital Marketing to oversee the Productsup Performance Marketing team and the related initiatives ranging from SEA, SEO, and paid social to programmatic and website management. You will be responsible for a team of 5 digital marketers, driving the majority of our pipeline with a considerable budget, reporting to the CMO. In your first 3 months you will:
Get to know your team and the wider marketing organization, as well as understand our workflows, documentation, and channel performance
Become familiar with the Productsup platform and competitor landscape, as well as the organization structure and the workflows within it
Liaise with your cross-functional stakeholders outside of the marketing organization
Understand the overall marketing strategy, goals, and objectives, and take over responsibility for the digital contribution to it
In your first 6 months and beyond you will:
Own the digital marketing strategy from planning and implementation to reporting, as well as the digital budget, forecast, and results
Manage your team, including goal-setting, creating individual development and career growth paths as well as giving performance reviews
Work with your team to maintain and optimize all SEA, paid social, and programmatic accounts and initiatives
Analyze and regularly report on the performance of each channel and the overall digital results
Work with internal stakeholders (Marketing Operations, Programs etc.) on awareness and lead-gen via the publication and promotion of both new marketing programs and ‘always on’ campaigns
What you bring to the team
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software company
5+ years of leadership experience
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking style
Track record of leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Advanced knowledge of broad range of CRO tactics
A passion for working in a fast-paced environment while learning, growing, and helping those around you to be successful
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement models
