THE ROLE
As the Sales Manager in the Nordics, you will have direct responsibility for growing both the services and technology revenue across the region. Working closely with the wider Alight team and our strategic business partners, you will leverage our existing global presence and market recognition as one of the leading global HR partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all Nordic sales engagements with market insight and position Alight own and partner technology, consulting services, and AMS offerings into new accounts
Be responsible for achieving and exceeding outlined sales targets which will contribute to the continued, overall growth of this business. These targets are Signings of new Logos and Revenue focused
Be responsible for a multi-country territory working in close collaboration and partnering with the wider Nordic team in country as wells as our regional pre-sales and marketing organisation.
Contribute to the definition, the active management and development of sales pipeline in your territory to accelerate Alight market penetration
Create and follow up sales leads, develop and maintain sales goals, strategies, and individual objectives
Develop and maintain executive and senior management relationships in client organizations; and be viewed as a trusted advisor
Closely collaborate with local Alight team to provide qualitative support in the preparation, presentation, and closure of deals within your region.
Be viewed as a subject matter expert who will make the difference in the positioning of Alights new integrated human capital and business solution
Managing strategic and tactical sales driven HCM relationships to facilitate lead generation, key account mapping, account-based marketing, and joint sales pipeline growth
Work with local and global pre-sales team experts to design and/or select the right Alight solutions for each individual prospect
Bring insight relating to your market to the l HR Leadership Innovation team to further Alight unique market position
Work collaboratively with local Sales Executives, Client Account Directors, and IT Customer Account Managers to develop new opportunities across our existing client base
REQUIREMENTS
Strong influencer, excellent communicator, and listener
Minimum Bachelors degree education or equivalent experience (required)
5-7+ years demonstrated successful track record of selling HR technology, consulting, and business services (Cloud experience preferred) For example, in a big 4 and/or other leading technology or consultancy firm
Proven field sales experience developing sales pipeline, territory mgmt. and closing new business
A demonstrated understanding of the HR Technology, business transformation, and services landscape
An awareness of ‘The Challenger Sale’ insight led sales methodology
Proven experience building relationships with C-level and senior level executives
Confidence to effectively profile and qualify in/out business opportunities in line with Alight market focus
Individual drive to succeed, with the ability to work collaboratively within a customer centric account management environment
An ability to develop your own networks internally and externally for learning and business development purposes
An ability to take the lead in front of the client, pulling together the extended team in Alight to meet your definition of the client’s requirement
A demonstrated track record of finding and closing new business
Fluent English and other Nordic language(s) would be advantageous
