Technical Services Assistant JLL Work Dynamics
Working as a Technical Services Assistant you will support and assist all Client staff housed in the Millennium Tower and work closely with the entire Facilities team.
Ensure that the technical and facilities services across the site meets user needs and is responsive to changing requirements, providing the quality of service required at the best value to the business.
Carrying out maintenance and inspection work on equipment and installations (tenant related).
Handling Facilities failures.
Performing other activities.
Assist with relocations.
Managing the database management system.
Request network connections.
Making network connections.
Patching of network cables.
Remedy malfunctions and assist England.
Sub- Activities and Responsibilities
Back-up for Service Desk.
Administration and Registration of technical related information.

Functional and Technical Competencies
Demonstrable practical experience
Customer, service oriented and supportive
Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines as required
Strong cost awareness
Fluent in the Dutch and English language
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experiences (and any other requirements)
Education on LTS-level
Knowledge, understanding and experience in the use of computer systems required
MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of AutoCad
Preferable NEN3140 certified.
