    Guest Service Manager FT(m/w/d)

    Job description

If you get a kick from these responsibilities, you could be our Guest Service Manager at Park Centraal Amsterdam!

    The Front office team is like the hotel versatile with all kind of personalities, but with one common belief in providing a heartfelt service. As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work along with them. Next to this, you will be working closely with the housekeeping, maintenance and F&B department.

    About You

    • You are confident in creating memorable guest experiences;
    • You are allergic for the sentence “Mission Impossible”;
    • It’s in your nature to multitask, be proactive and be stress resistant;
    • You like to be part of a hardworking likeminded professional hospitality team;
    • Good communication skills in Dutch and English; both oral and written. An extra language could be a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders;
    • Assist the daily operations on different departments;
    • Ensuring correct compliance with hotel procedures, rules and regulations;
    • Overseeing "Health and Safety" procedures & coordination of crises.
    • Monitor, track and answer Online Guest Reviews;
    • Handling complaints according to procedure.

    Job requirements

    • MBO diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably MHS/HHS or tourism education;
    • Minimum two year of relevant work experience in a front office or duty manager role;
    • Flexibility in working morning, evening, night shifts and weekends;
    • You are available to work for 38 hours per week.
    • In possession of a driver's license.
