    We are going to reimplement our guest relations department and therefore we are looking for a guest relations supervisor that will rebuild the department. The guest relations department will be an integral part of the front office and is responsible for all types of guest’s requests, both pre, during and post stay, also quality review (online and offline) will be part of your responsibilities. The Guest Relations Supervisor will report into the (assistant) front office manager.

    What will you be doing:
    • Responsible for the Guest Relations Department and day-to-day operations
    • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
    • Respond to (special) guest requests and inquiries, both pre- and during stay
    • Provide information about the local area and must-sees and promote (internal) services
    • Anticipate guest needs and build a relation with guests
    • Address customer complaints and escalate to (front office) management when needed
    • Ensuring all guest feedback and correspondence (negative & positive) is responded to and ensure improvements are made

    • Full-time employment, 38 hours average per week.
    • Salary in accordance with the collective labour agreement for hospitality (Horeca CAO) appropriate to the position and experience.
