Job Description

• Automate, test, and optimise marketing channels while looking for new and creative growth channels
• Improve the customer journey and develop leads
• Work across B2B and B2C
• Implement strategies to expand the company's services and products
• Improve and develop company products and services
• Work collaboratively with Marketing & Customer success, IT, and the CEO.
• Manage a small team

The Successful Applicant

• 5 - 8 years experience within a growth mindset role (preferably sharing platform, smart city, prop-tech, real estate, or other relevant business)
• Bachelor in Business, Marketing or related field / relevant work experience
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch (German and/or French is a bonus)
• Experience creating and implementing marketing strategies to execute tests quickly and effectively
• Digital product development experience
• Works autonomously and with initiative
• Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality
• Experience with analytic tools such as: Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Hot jar (SQL knowledge is a bonus)
• Project management experience (including use of ASANA or relevant tools)
• Website copy-writing experience
• Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires you to work across teams with changing responsibilities
• Knowledge of digital design from a customer journey perspective
• Tech savvy and motivated by challenges
