Joining our dynamic Innovation Design Team you'll be part of a standalone team of 10 people, shaping the design of visionary experiences that improve the lives of billions of people around the world. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who explore ideas and ultimately set the direction for our brands' innovation pipeline.

Apart from being a pioneer, a bit of a rebel and someone fearless in the pursuit of building our brands' future we are looking for some core skills and experience:

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Arts and/or Design related studies

• Strong knowledge of typography, graphic design and confident in Adobe Creative Suite

• An interest and proficiency in illustration is a huge plus

• Expert understanding of the latest design tools.

• The ability to understand marketing goals and work with team to build solutions

• Customer-obsessed and detail-oriented

• An unfailing passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our users.

• Proven experience with rapid, iterative design and development processes

• You bring visual flair and conceptual excellence to the work, inspiring clients and team members to raise the creative bar

• You use data and insights to create work that resonates with customers

• You’ve created some beautiful things and you can show them to us in your portfolio, which focuses on visual design for the digital/online field.
