We are on the look out for a Global Planning and Logistics Manager to strengten our Global Supply Chain team. The role is based in Utrecht and reports to the Central Planning Director.
You'll be part of the worldwide JDE Supply Chain. Global Supply Chain arranges the supply of coffee machines and spare parts and is the main contact for international suppliers and local Operation departments. Our team works dedicated for the B2B division and ensure people enjoy coffee, tea or technical services in all out of home occasions. The department is responsible for the aggregated forecast, realization of optimal availability of products, stock management, warehousing, introductions of new machines and continuous improvement.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead the Planning and Logistics team and realize development of the 7 team members.
Towards our suppliers, you manage the forecast communication, ordering process and relation management
You are responsible for delivery of Supply Chain Service Levels, costs and stock levels on target
You manage the performance of our central LSP and the costs connected to Warehousing and Distribution.
You will be responsible for monthly business reporting. This in alignment with the Global SC Finance department.
Continuous improvement is important. Based on KPI with your team you will do root cause analyses and initiate and implement improvements.
You are the escalation level for the JDE internal markets, Global departments and suppliers

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
You need a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics / Logistics along with 7 years of Supply Chain expertise gained within an international environment (ideally Service logistics or FMCG).
We expect you are a team player with excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate & influence others.
You are eager to take initiative and got clear capacity to manage projects: You make it happen!
Furthermore, you have highly developed analytical and numerical skills
You have sound knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP APO, Excel and Powerpoint
We expect you to have a strong command in English, as this is our business language.
