    Global Marketing Manager Branding & Innovation

    The next disruptive healthcare innovation is (drumroll)… a table.

    Yes, you read that right: a table. And there isn’t a ‘t’ missing at the end of that sentence either. You’re also correct in assuming this is no ordinary table. Because, we kid you not, it’s an enchanted one. Our ‘Tovertafel’, which loosely translates to ‘magical table’, will revolutionise education and care for people with cognitive disabilities and dementia the world over. After all, the purposeful games that run on Tovertafel aren’t just playful: metrics show they positively impact the quality of life. It’s up to you and your team of talented marketers to devise our go-to market strategy for key target countries. The stage is set. The prop(o)s(itions) are in place.     What is your purpose?

    In this role, you claim ownership of our global brand marketing strategy. From inception to execution. Even though 5,000 health care institutions in 10+ countries already embrace our proposition, this still calls for a growth hacking mindset because there is literally a world to be won. And yes, the interest is there – feelers are out, contacts are in place – but we need to up the brand strategy ante to take international growth to the desired level. And that’s where you wield your magic. By conceptualising bespoke go-to-market strategies. By driving the development of highly relevant creative content that resonates with target audiences and buyer personas. By enthusiastically sharing data-driven insights that bolster product development. And by cultivating brand awareness and brand ambassadorship.

    A hugely challenging and truly enchanting ride, but not one you fly solo. As Global Brand & Marketing Manager, you coach and empower a talented team of product marketers, visual designers, storytellers and copywriters. The people who signed off on our inspiring brand book, and now look to your conceptual and strategic prowess to accelerate global growth. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager Demand Generation and report directly to our founder and CEO, Hester Anderiesen-Le Riche.

    The TL;DR version

    • Develop, promote and execute a global brand strategy that drives brand awareness and ensures brand consistency, while allowing for localised refinements.
    • Lead product development projects that internationalise our key propositions.
    • Develop marketing plans, enthuse all stakeholders (up to C-level) and enable the Brand & Innovation team (6 colleagues) to deliver on your KPIs.
    • Set up, monitor and augment competitive propositions for each of our products, and share the right insights to accelerate and rationalise proposition development.
    • Initiate and cultivate partnerships with stakeholders who can contribute to brand ambitions, such as academics and influencers.
    • Co-create and execute marketing campaigns and activation plans.

    What you bring to the Tovertafel

    • A bachelor’s or master’s (e.g., in marketing) and 10+ years of relevant experience, of which 5+ years in ‘hardcore’ brand marketing roles.
    • Proposition development pizazz and a solid NPD track record, preferably in high-tech, scale-up settings.
    • You weave your brand marketing magic by leveraging strategic and conceptual skills, analytical insights, and a penchant for planning.
    • A proven ability to make teams better with your highly developed project and change management skills.
    • You are a ‘creative’s creative’ – you Houdini your way out of every box – but adopt a realistic approach – performance trumps everything.
    • You operate with a strong sense of ownership, exude professionalism, are energetic, and love to pioneer on a global scale.
