Reporting to the Global Centre of Excellence Team Lead, Global Amazon Business Manager role, will be part of the Global eCommerce team. In this role you will be accountable for all aspects of managing Amazon from strategy to flawless execution across all eCommerce areas.
Define and own our Amazon Strategy and outline picture of success for over the next 3-5 years
Identify and deploy growth opportunities across local markets via special projects management or workshop across markets
Lead flawless execution of Winning Tactics across JDE local markets
The delivery of the Amazon customer AOP; encompassing agreed volume, NSV, GP & GP% measures
Build strategic partnerships with Amazon Retail team
Build and lead our eCommerce strategic agenda with Amazon
Develop and deploy framework and overall strategy for local markets to negotiate and and align ambitious joint business plans, with regular business and KPI reviews
Support local markets with negotiating pricing and promotions, as well as NPD and range gap listings
Coffee machines partnerships – ensure clear strategy and flawless execution by defining best ways of working
Internal – Support local markets
Continue to build JDE Amazon global community by running monthly Amazon calls, training webinars and build strong relationships with each Amazon local teams
Create and develop Amazon Playbooks
Build local markets Amazon management capabilities – share best practices across markets
Coordinate and lead cross functionally to create tailored customer propositions, to grow the category and our brands long-term (eg. Global Category teams, Brand teams, local markets)
Utilising available opportunities on Amazon (e.g. AMS / AMG / Merchandising / Sampling / Vine / A+) to optimise JDE’s online presence
Internal business planning and reporting (MRD’s)
Lead assortment review workshops across markets to identify opportunities for growth
Work closely with Global Media team to ensure clear Retail Media Strategy is being outlined and flawless execution’
Develop best ways of working across internal departments

For this role as the Global eCommerce Business Manager Amazon, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
2-4 years’ experience in working with Amazon
Amazon Pan EU negotiations experience, preferred
Experience in leading flawless execution via local market teams
Lead and deliver results through others
Commercial, JBP negotiation experience
Experience working across markets, global experience, preferred
Collaboration skills to work across teams
Ability to create strong relationships across internal departments and external agencies
Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
