Your role at HEINEKEN This role is part of the Global eRetail team, focused on driving eRetail KPIs, the strategy & drivers of growth and developing expertise and best-in-class capabilities to fuel eRetail success across the globe.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Develop / design the Global eRetail capability strategy, translates it into an operational plan and roadmap to ensure embedding in focused Opcos
Build the “one language” to be spoken by any eRetail team – Sales AND Marketing, you identify strategic and operational needs of eRetail teams across all regions, keep playbooks and toolkits up to date and relevant for the regions/OPCO’s
Drive ePICOS and eAudit capabilities, as well as tools, implementation and compliancy
Lead and maintain the community of eRetail experts
Organize and facilitate training
Bring the outside in for benchmarking our performance against critical set of capabilities to win in this channel
Ensure all key stakeholders (MT or MT-1) of OpCos in scope have focus and resources behind eRetail capability agenda to be embedded
Actively engage with other functions like Marketing, Media, Finance to ensure end-to- end approach
Issue advice on channel strategy, capabilities journey for all Opcos

As prequalification’s, our ideal candidate would have:
Bachelor level / University level
General commerce experience (marketing/trade marketing/ sales)
Minimum of 2 years OPCO experience required
eRetail/eCommerce (sales and media / marketing) experience is a plus
You are familiar with working with cross functional teams and have expertise in both building relationships and synthesizing complex information into digestible formats
Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, analytical skills, digital terminology
Perfect English writing and speaking skills
