    Global Digital Business Analyst

    As Global Network organisation we have a small Head Office in Hoofddorp where a few central functions on behalf of the business units are performed with around 150 employees. For more information we kindly refer to our global website: http://www.shvenergy.com/ .


    One of the teams based in the Head Office is the Global Digital Marketing & Web Competency Centre. This team is a key link between IT and the Commercial, Marketing and Customer Service functions. You will build a solid understanding of the business and work to enable continued success of business teams in the digital domain across the global landscape of SHV Energy. For this department we are currently looking at a Global Digital Business Analyst.


    What you will do

    • Requirements elicitation for the roll-out of the global Customer Portal platform
      • Collecting and analysing the as-is Marketing, Sales and Customer Service processes in different business units.
      • Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple global and local stakeholders.
      • Mapping the local requirements to Global Customer Portal template.
      • Identifying potential global versus local-specific requirements.
      • Helping business stakeholders envision the future processes and how their work will need to change to support their us.
    • Coordinate development with technical teams
      • Align with global and local technical teams on the technical design and work with them to translate the functional requirements/design into solutions.
      • Coordinate between development teams and business stakeholders to clarify questions/gaps in the solution.
    • Coordinate testing of the solution
      • Assist in creating QA test cases and acceptance test plan for our business units
      • Validate the test results from the technical solution deliverables.
      • Coordinate testing with business users.
    • Coordinate the release process of the solution
      • Plan and perform releases together with our suppliers, business units and global stakeholders
    • Provide ongoing support of the Customer Portal platform
      • In close collaboration with our supplier, provide ongoing support to our Business Units in terms of the Customer Portals platform


    We are looking for

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • 3 to 5 years of expertise in business analysis in any global professional organization with experience in SDLC including Agile/Scrum practices.
    • Experience implementing web and / or mobile app solutions in a global organization. Knowledge of and experience with Sitecore is a nice-to-have.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, maintain positive relationships and work effectively as part of a team
    • Experience of mapping regional requirements to a global template will be considered a nice-to-have.
    • Ability to multi-task, understand prioritization of deliverables, and work independently.
    • Experience working with near and / or offshore teams preferred.
    • Occasional International travel is required.
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
    • You currently live and work in the Netherlands and already are in the possession of required paperwork for that.
