    Global Controller Purchasing (m/f/d)

    About the role
    The Global Purchasing Controller plays a key role in maintaining control and compliance in Nexperia’ s external purchases and source to pay processes.
    The controller will be located in the Netherlands or Germany and is subject to travel once per quarter.
    What you will do
    In this exciting position, your responsibilities include amongst others:
    • Control and lead Nexperia third party cashflow forecasting
    • Lead working capital related improvement projects
    • Contribute to global procurement strategy making
    • Conduct Make-or-Buy Decisions
    • Oversee procurement savings and ensure recognition of procurement value add
    • Compliance officer sourcing management & procurement
    • Cost and balance sheet controlling
    • Drive efficiency and improvements in Source to Pay
    • Foster continuous improvement in the finance and procurement team, challenging status quo and play a leading role in increasing effectiveness and efficiency of our wider finance team
    • Ensure financial policies and procedures are adhered to, including internal controls
    • Contribute in internal/external audit
    What you will need
    • Master’s degree in business administration, specialization in finance with preferred focus on procurement supply chain management
    • At least 5-10years experience as procurement or supply chain management controller in multinational
    • International experience in multinational with proven track record of quickly understanding complex content
    • Experience with financial processes and planning applications (SAP, BW, BI, Spotfire)
    • Proven track record of process optimization, bottom line, and cashflow optimization
    • Strong affinity with optimizing information management systems and driving world class reporting and AI
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Required travel 20%
