By ensuring that our C&B structure is fair, modern, and scalable, you enable us to realize global expansion plans smoothly and efficiently.

We find ourselves in need of new C&B strategies to empower further growth, while ensuring a fair and competitive C&B structure at the same time. As our Global C&B manager, you are tasked to lead the effort to design, implement, scale, and optimize a framework that balances flexibility, fairness, competitiveness, and scalability. You will need to combine people skills with cross-country salary insights, taking into account the variety of labor laws that are applicable. All the while you also need to consider our Work From Home business model, it's impact on C&B, and potential future changes as businesses and governments embrace this model more and more.
Analyze existing C&B models, identify bottlenecks and challenges
Design and implement a global C&B framework, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and scalability
Lead project teams across various departments in HR and Operations verticals
Advise top-management on challenges and decision-making related to C&B
Work closely with others experts in HR/TA/Legal/Finance.
At least 10 years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits
Experience building international C&B frameworks, ideally in a rapid-growth environment
It's a plus if you have experience with a high-volume workforce (retail, blue-collar, or similar)
Strong project- and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
