    Full-time Customer Support Spain (Spanish-speaking)

    TicketSwap is on a mission to become the world’s favourite platform for fans to buy and sell tickets for their favourite music, sports, comedy and theatre events.     Our Customer Support is the front line; dealing with fans questions via phone, chat and email quickly and effectively is one of our key strengths. Therefore, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support hero who will be responsible for providing the best customer service to our fans in Spain!


    What will you be doing?

    • Live problem-solving through phone, chat, email and social media;
    • You make sure that mistakes from sellers are being corrected and you find ways to prevent this from happening in the future;
    • You make sure the FAQ's stay up to date and help us improve other texts;
    • You recognize fraudulent behaviour and help us prevent this in the future;
    • Taking our Spanish customer support to the next level;
    • Delivering happiness.

    About you

    • You speak and write both Spanish and English fluently;
    • Dutch is a bonus;
    • You are available for 40 hours per week;
    • Being customer-friendly is your second nature, you are a customer enthusiast;
    • Helping other people succeed is what you're passionate about;
    • You have a keen interest in the event industry;
    • You are representative and friendly.
