Our Customer Support is the front line; dealing with fans questions via phone, chat and email quickly and effectively is one of our key strengths. Therefore, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support hero who will be responsible for providing the best customer service to our fans in Spain!

What will you be doing?
- Live problem-solving through phone, chat, email and social media;
- You make sure that mistakes from sellers are being corrected and you find ways to prevent this from happening in the future;
- You make sure the FAQ's stay up to date and help us improve other texts;
- You recognize fraudulent behaviour and help us prevent this in the future;
- Taking our Spanish customer support to the next level;

About you

You speak and write both Spanish and English fluently;
- Dutch is a bonus;
- You are available for 40 hours per week;
- Being customer-friendly is your second nature, you are a customer enthusiast;
- Helping other people succeed is what you're passionate about;
- You have a keen interest in the event industry;
- You are representative and friendly.
