We have come a long way ensuring the validity and safety of tickets. We use our very own SecureSwap technology for partners and also have a comprehensive system that monitors users and tickets. However good a system is, there will always be unforeseen things that go wrong. Perhaps the wrong ticket was used or the door staff made a mistake scanning the ticket? Anything may have happened! Helping our customers solve these problems is something we value a lot and it’s crucial to build trust and loyalty amongst our customers.

What will you be doing?
Investigate why a customer couldn't enter the event;
Act as a mediator between the seller and the buyer;
Work on smart templates to improve the workflow;
Process feedback on problematic tickets;
Monitor the overall quality of work based on data and customer surveys;
Deliver ideas that improve the user experience and flow;
Take our customer support to the next level;
Delivering happiness & fair solutions!
Being customer friendly is your second nature and you are diplomatic with a sense of justice. Besides that you are:
Located in or near Amsterdam;
Full-time available (40 hours, Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00);
Your Spanish and English skills (both written and verbally) are through the roof;
It's a big advantage if you master any additional languages;
Interested in the event industry;
Representative and friendly;
Not afraid of Friday after work drinks, lasers and smoke machines!
