What will I do?
You assist our Front Office Manager by being the Welcoming & Fun Ambassador of the Moxy. It’s vital that our Fun Hunters are warmly and enthusiastically welcomed, as you read and respond appropriately to what they want and need. While doing so, you are in contact with all departments to ensure that our Fun Hunters get the experience of a lifetime!
You are the Moxy rolemodel for your crew, as you plan, organize and assign work. You train, inspire and motivate our crew to make sure they meet our main goal; HAPPY GUESTS!
You are an excellent problem solver and do not shy away from a challenge, as you creatively and with a sense of humor solve our guest’s issues and complaints.
You are an OPERA ROCKSTAR! There is not a single corner of the system you don’t know your way with! On top of that you are familiar with all other Marriott systems too and know how to enrol our guests to our loyalty program like no other!
You are curious in all other aspects of a hotel such as the bar, breakfast and events and always willing to help!
What are we looking for?
Front Office experience, preferably within Marriott & with Opera
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
