    French Sales Administrator

    Do you want to work for an international market leader in the retail sector? Do you have experience with order management and maintaining supplier contact? Are you communicative and fluent in both French and English? Then you are the French Sales Administrator in Amsterdam we are looking for.

    For one of our clients in Amsterdam we are looking for a sales administrator who can start as soon as possible. In this position you will be supporting the sourcing departments that focuses on sourcing non-food products for their 300+ European stores.

    The client is a French multinational corporation specialized in retail. As part of a new concept that will launch next year theyAre you prepared to walk that extra mile for internal and external customers?

    Under the responsibility of the clients FMCG Director, the Sales Administrator is a key support to their traders in order to reach the most efficient execution speed of our negotiated purchases and sales. He/she is the one to smooth our internal processes and fluidify the interactions between all the stakeholders.


    • For new products and deals negotiated by traders, fill out the products information with all the needed data to properly feed our information system;
    • Closely collaborate with codification department members to efficiently support the process of codification and be on-time to deliver purchase orders to suppliers, and consequently sales orders to customers;
    • Propose ideas for continuous improvement to get to the leanest execution process;
    • Contribute to the offer building by proposing in coordination with traders the most optimized delivery flows;
    • Check and confirm with suppliers the weekly inbound delivery status, closely coordinated with our warehouses (SILS);
    • Support the supply chain coordinator in managing sales orders and maximize expeditions;
    • Remind and challenge suppliers to solve issues like delays, missing goods or simply get clarification when lack of information;
    • Closely work with supply chain team to push daily expedition / outbound deliveries, and update on a weekly basis the monthly rolling visibility.

    About you

    • 5 years experienced holding position(s) in sales support, preferably in retail industry;
    • You have supplier and customer relationship experience;
    • You are comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment;
    • You are fluent in English and French both written and spoken;
    • Autonomous, rigorous, organized;
    • You are a problem solver;
    • You have a good and open communication skills, team spirit;
    • Autonomy, know how to navigate and behave within a complex organization.


    • A competitive salary between 2500 and 3000 based on previous experience;
    • 13th month;
    • 25 vacation days;
