Our client is an international online fashion e-commerce company. We aim to offer the latest trends for young women and teens, all at affordable prices. We have the ambition to maximize economies of scale and capitalize on opportunities in the market. We are searching for a financial administrator to join our quickly growing team. This position will work closely with the Financial Controller, and have the opportunity to lead directly to an Assistant Controller position.
You are responsible for checking invoices, communicating with suppliers, and handling payment reminders, as well as some other varied administrative tasks. You are able to look at the current processes with a critical eye and identify areas for improvement.

As an Financieel Medewerker , you'll:

• Input financial data and ensure its accuracy
• Checking and completing invoices
• Act as the point of contact for colleagues and suppliers regarding outstanding invoices
• Implementing payments from partners
• Financial support in the form of additional light clerical tasks

What can we expect from you?

• A MBO/HBO in business economics or a similar study
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Proficient in Dutch (hard requirement). English is an advantage
• Sense of responsibility and a can-do attitude
• Stress-tolerant, flexible, able to set priorities and proactive
