The purpose of the role is to support several projects within finance driving simplification and process improvements and to be a link between GSK and external parties that will be supporting the automatization of processes. The purpose will also be to make sure that the technical improvements take into account the requirements GSK and are aligned to IFRS and Finance Manual. The role will also be supporting current NL FP and Senior FP.
Temporary support of the discount and rebates accruals in the system and customer claims reconciliation and processing.
Gross to Net (Discounts and Rebates) process mapping as per the GSK taxonomy/Finance Manual and proposing changes to the process where needed based on the taxonomy.
Reviewing the G2N process together with the 3rd party and proposing process improvements and automatization based on GSK taxonomy and Finance Manual/IFRS requirements.
Reviewing and analysing GSK NL commercial policy from the point of driving volume upsides and return on investment. Driving optimisations together with the Commercial team.
Analysing and driving improvements to the brand profitability analysis, proactively proposing actions improving brands ROI.
Supporting Vaccines business unit with the financial analysis for tender submissions.
Supporting NL Finance Partner and Senior Finance Partner Benelux with other transversal projects.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree (in Finance)
5 years of professional experience in Finance, preferably in different optimization projects
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Good communication skills and ability to explain financial issues clearly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ACCA or CIMA
