• Academic level (BSc/MSc), 0-2 years of relevant working experience

Global Procurement Finance responsibilities

Cost price setting

• Budget / forecast cost prices process for (non-dairy) raw & pack materials
• Support analyzing spend bridge vs. PY, Budget, including inflation and savings
• Transfer valuable market data into actionable insights for the Go-to-Markets / commercial units

Savings tracking

• Coordinating savings tracking tool for Raw & pack materials and validate saving initiatives
• Leading monthly savings reporting at BG level

Overhead cost monitoring

• Leading month-end closing for overhead costing and improve process leading to accurate forecasting

Finance knowledge

• Support improving global Procurement Finance guidelines, training and standard Procurement Finance templates

Control

• Coordinate periodic control reporting on e.g. to be received supplier bonusses
• Support improving global Procurement control framework and standards

Corporate Supply Chain (CSC) Finance

CSC Finance responsibilities

• Providing monthly SC KPI reports and simplifying monthly reporting process and reporting templates, to free up time to do business partnering
• Support upgrading and rolling out the Supply chain BI Dashboards and tracking adoption
• Support enhancing the Supply Chain Unlock savings tracker to be used at factory level
• Perform monthly CAPEX reconciliation between HFM and projects reported in Principal Toolbox
