The Field Services Offer Marketing Manager designs, develops, and implements new value proposals to support our customers to extend the life duration of their installed equipment while keeping their activities safe, reliable and efficient.
He/She will localize the new offer launches to the market in a strong collaboration with the sales, tendering and execution teams.
He/She will adapt the value proposition as needed, monitors the success of the offers and the marketing plan. He/She will ensure Field Services Marcom activities and budgets are aligned with Field Service ambitions.
He/She will lead the Installed base traceability initiative for the country. He/She will drive an execution plan to transform Install base traceability data into business generation opportunities, feeding sales teams to ensure effective IB monetization. He/She will coordinate the the definition and execution of the Field Services Campaign for the country quarter per quarter.
Articulate the consistency of all Field Service offers all along the life cycles stages, positioning as a top priority the Service Plans (service contracts);
Localize and own the 7Ps of our service offers: adapt to the local market the Field Service Offers value proposition, drive the local Go to Market strategy, build the country demand generation plan in order to extend our market reach, build smart value-based pricing;
Enable all sales teams to be at ease to offer our portfolio of services thanks to daily support, training and creative supporting tools and materials;
Lead Install Base Traceability strategy in collaboration with the whole Schneider Organization and IB tracking stewards;
Organize Voice Of Customers to provide feedback to Corporate Field Service Marketing and also improve local offer positioning;
Perform competitive analysis and identify strengths and weaknesses;
Follow up local regulation and norms.

Education / Skills:
Master in Marketing or Electrical Engineering;
Minimum 3 year professional experience;
Excellent in MS Office Applications;
Self starter, Quick learner;
Strong interpersonal skills with a preference for collaborative approaches;
Excellent analytic skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to internal and external audiences with ability to communicate to C-level customers;
Organized with project management skills;
Capable to work in matrix organization models with strong business pressure.
