F&B Team Leader:
- Who ensures our restaurant CUBO runs smoothly in the evening, delivering memorable experiences
- Who will hold team briefings, allocate resources and direct the team
- Who will motivate the team to exceed guests' expectation
- Who will also take orders and deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
- Who will lead by example and showcase the best of customer service, from greeting guests and upselling orders to handling special requests or issues
- Who will make sure the team is suitably trained and given the opportunity to grow and develop
- Who shows trust in the team and give them the confidence to show their initiative and step up in responsibility
- Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
- Who has previous experience as Breakfast or Food & Beverage Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel or similar venue
