About Our Client
Our client is a Dutch based Family Office with a large portfolio of investments across the Netherlands Randstad region.
As the Financial Administrator, you are responsible for correct and reliable financial administration in the ERP system and the associated overviews. The Family Office manages various entities, each with its own administration and all real estate objects also have their own (project administration).
The timely and correct processing of purchase invoices;
Setting up and supervising the authorisation routing of purchase invoices;
Entering bank transactions;
Invoicing rental invoices and charging invoices;
Maintaining a clear contract register of all tenants and monitoring vacancy;
Collecting the rental invoices as well as sending reminders and reminders (active debtor management including calling in the event of payment arrears);
Checking and identifying opportunities for improvement in the administration and cash flows;
Monthly and year-end closing including processing accruals and correction entries;
VAT return from the administrations;
Preparing (financial) statements for the Financial Director required for project managers, financial institutions, owner or other stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will need the following:
At least 4 years of work experience within the financial administration of an enterprising and flexibly operating organisation;
A completed HBO education in a financial direction;
Dutch language skills are a must;
Excel and ERP (Exact will be preferred) skills;
High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
