    Expert Special Pricing Hoofddorp

    Over de functie

    The main goal of the Special Pricing team is to provide support to our client's customers (Sales Companies/International Partners) in the area of sales administration processes model with the goal of succeeding in the achievement of KPI’s agreed with the customer. To analyse the processes and propose improvement to the team and Manager in order to reduce workload and increase affectivity and efficiency. As well as to support the achievement of perfect in-time delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    Special price process:

    • Check special prices request if all information is there and compliant with the business rules;
    • Check if extension is based on the original price request;
    • Inform the customer about the outcome of the price offer.

    Tender process:

    • Register the new tender in SAP when the partner gives all necessary information;
    • Update the ongoing tenders, in case of any changes;
    • Activate the tender prices;
    • Inform the partner about ongoing tenders and their status;
    • Inform the partner about the special offered prices for each tender.

    Credit request process:

    • Checking claim report;
    • Issuing credit note;
    • Build up provision list;
    • Investigate direct invoice progress.

    Knowledge, Experience & Skills

    • A bachelor's degree;
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position (Sales Support Centre);
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP;
    • Excellent knowledge of English language writing and speaking;
    • Experience in an international work environment is a plus.
