    Over de functie

    The Customer Experience Centre team leads the development and implementation of the brand strategy and brand experience across multiple business units and oversees global brand governance. They are responsible for the creative strategy of the brand as well as the protection and guardianship of the brand. As an Expert Brand Management within the Customer Experience Centre you are responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across all company's brand touch points, and where relevant create content for brand marketing across digital channels, including any rollout of brand campaigns.


    • Setting of style guides and brand guidelines and communicate this to the whole organization to make sure all employees know and follow brand principles. Includes the management of the company's online style guide and digital asset management in Frontify;
    • Identifying new brand requirements, create them or if needed, liaise with our Creative Agency to develop and implement new templates and guidelines;
    • Acting as the 'brand guardian' to maintain brand integrity & consistency across all company marketing initiatives and communications;
    • Develop, implement and launch brand awareness digital campaigns along with the campaign manager and creative agency;
    • Overseeing the production of advertisements, direct mail packs, digital campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, and liaising with UX designers and SEO team, copywriters and agencies to ensure brand consistency;
    • Developing brand trainings to ensure all employees receive the information they need to leverage on the brand and bring it to life;
    • Acting as a brand help desk for Sales Companies giving support, guidance and advice on brand strategy and visual identity when it comes to campaigns;
    • Creating and managing corporate and promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding (Corporate Profile, Company Presentation, Corporate Image and Assets library, etc);
    • Conducting regular visual identity audits to assess the maturity of all Sales Companies;
    • Propose and design sponsorship activities to amplify and promote brand awareness;
    • Responsible for organising internal and external events;
    • Gathering insights and analytics from inside and outside the company in order to measure brand awareness (BI-tool / market research).
    • Engaging in the allocation of marketing budget and reviewing the monthly expense plan with control of the P&L;
    • Following the Kyocera brand guidelines, create designs for the following marketing collaterals: Internal communications, Pardot newsletter, Social media communications, Campaigns, Events, office, fixed assets;
    • Based on input from MIC PMs, support product launches through the creation of branded marketing collaterals: Datasheet, Infosheet and Customer presentation;
    • Provide regular input to support the (re)definition of the company's brand strategy and direction, based on objective input from Sales Companies brand surveying).

    Knowledge, Experience & Skills
    • 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
    • Design experience is a significant plus;
    • Ability to work within a team and independently;
    • BA or BS degree;
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat (editor version);
    • Good analytical skills;
    • Be able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business;
    • Be able to inspire others;
    • Be able to manage different projects at the same time;
    • Be organised and methodical;
    • Be able to work well under pressure;
    • Good presentation skills.
