As an Executive Producer at MediaMonks, you'll partner with the world's leading brands to pitch, plot and produce an array of smart production content, along with pushing what's possible with a strong focus on innovative technologies.
We are looking to our EP to be a leader in the field of Experiential, guiding our clients and producers at the top of the craft for experience design, you are a veteran of the scene, and pushing our team towards new innovation in the space.
Your role is to bring all of our in-house talent together, integrating different disciplines to make sure great work is done between MediaMonks monasteries around the world.
You'll guide the strategic direction of our offering, Pitching on new briefs and RFPs, shaping projects into success.
In turn, you'll help to generate new work by turning these pitches into actual projects, working as an end-2-end solution.
You're a project's pace and peacemaker. You're also a great communicator and don't shy away from running as main client POC on BIG projects.
You'll lead the way across uncharted paths of production for innovative projects that engage with new and novel uses of technology, while also showing restraint. Avoiding tech-for-tech sake, you take a human first approach, making technology invisible, and finding the right solution for clients actual needs.

Working closely with our CD and TD, you'll bring together a team of diverse in-house talent to make sure great work is done across EMEA and our production strongholds around the world.
You are responsible for scoping and quoting key projects as well as timing and planning production work. You help to establish what gets done and when (U <3 SOWs), making sure projects are profitable, doable, and award-winning.

For this position, we're looking for a proficient integrated producer with at least 6-8 years of high-level experience in digital advertising/production, with a strong emphasis on technology including experiential, web development, emerging technology and knowledge of film & digital content production.
You have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in the experiential space.
You have strong technical knowledge of digital production, specifically, experiential & events, web UX & UI and platform development, Mixed Reality, 2D & 3D animation pipelines, film / post / VFX production, broadcast, etc.
You don't think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships and work-streams miles(tones) ahead.
You have a keen understanding of what is needed to make multi-faceted projects come about and possess sufficient technical knowledge to foresee and address production issues.
Handling the production of multiple projects across clients and teams is no easy task and requires solid planning and communication skills.
While your inbox is your natural habitat, you excel at interfacing with human beings in real-time: you know how to motivate people to get things done, wherever they are in the world.
In other words, you overcome, oversee and conquer, and instead of freaking out, you are freakin' good at dealing with difficult deadlines and deliveries.
