    Job Description

    Your responsibilities as Executive (Team) assistant consist of, yet are not limited to:

    • Complex calendar management
    • Travel and expense management
    • Meeting coordination and logistics
    • Employee engagement events
    • Drafting and management of correspondence
    • Directing and responding to inquiries
    • Assist in prioritizing and highlighting actionable items for the VP
    • Management of team documents, materials and communications
    • Various ad-hoc administrative tasks through Excel and SAP

    The Successful Applicant

    • More than two years of experience in a similar position
    • Experience in the Retail or E-commerce sector is a major plus
    • BA or MSc degree
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
    • Highly detail and precise oriented
    • Desire to work in a challenging international environment
    • An energetic, "can do and will do" approach
    • Fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage
    • Available on short notice
    • 40 hours a week
