The role will assist the VP/GM of Joint Replacement in the day-to-day running of the business such as managing internal communications, production of reports, high level presentations, schedule management, and meeting planning.
Main Duties / responsibilities
Main point of contact for the VP/GM, as well as, supporting some members of the LT.
Provide daily confidential support to the VP/GM and team.
Process all incoming and outgoing communications (processing letters, reports and other materials, distribution of mail, answering phones).
Manage some ad-hoc projects as defined by the LT
Maintain the correspondence, reports and presentations databases including files, training records, organization structure, position descriptions, distribution lists, audit reports ensuring critical and/or confidential data is appropriately managed and stored.
Prepare high level reports and PowerPoint presentations (must be advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint)
Coordination of travel arrangements, itineraries, meetings and appointments such as monthly 1:1s with Direct Reports, Team meetings, Business Review Meetings etc.
All other duties as assigned.
Min 3 years experience as an Executive Administrative, preferable in a multinational environment
Superior communication skills and high-energy levels.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Ability to work on own initiative, e.g. creating draft presentations for forthcoming meetings/events.
