You’ll be managing the executive office, making sure that it runs smoothly, and providing efficient and effective support while continually seeking and implementing improvements

What you'll do
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be providing high-quality support to an executive, enabling them to work more productively while spending time out in the business with their direct reports, colleagues and customers.
You’ll be building working relationships with key stakeholders, their reports and teams. You'll also be processing purchase orders and expenses, as well as monthly expense claims in line with their deadlines.
You’ll also be:
Focusing on extensive calendar management, including booking rooms, catering, meetings, managing conflicts and general administration
Tracking progress and making sure all executive actions are completed within timescales and supporting other executive assistants as required
Reviewing incoming emails and requests and responding or gathering information to allow the executive to respond
Managing agendas and actions at all times, making sure that proper governance is followed for all meetings
Booking and confirming all travel arrangements and delegating for the CEO on a variety of tasks
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with the ability to multi-task while delivering high-quality standards and attention to detail. You'll have a background of working flexibly, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
We'll expect you to understand how to work as part of a team and have experience supporting senior directors and co-workers in a fast-paced office environment. You'll also be discrete with confidential matters.
You'll also demonstrate:
Some experience of building and maintaining quality relationships with executives and senior management, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
The skills to prioritise workloads and that of a wider team, in-line with the priorities of the executive
Great Outlook experience and an understanding of how to manage several calendars across different time zones
Outstanding organisational skills and an understanding of how to anticipate the needs of others
