By providing proactive support to the Country Head, you will maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Management Team with the routine operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare meeting minutes, meeting agendas and communicate Management Team regarding previous made decisions and follow up on action points;
- Handle and update Country Head schedule to ensure optimum use of time;
- Coordinate Country Head travel arrangements, various meetings and events,
- Setup management meetings and prepare action minutes for circulation;
- Coordinate leadership team projects, coordinate, collate and file electronically corporate and other presentations for use by country head;
- Process, sort and archive incoming mail. Collect Country Head signature for meaningful documents in a timely manner;
- Supervise and trace important information for Country Head;
- Works in close collaboration with Country Head and Management Team;
- Purchase Order management for General Management: Leading all aspects of the timely creation of purchase orders for multiple vendors;
- Other kind of administrative support for General Management.

- MBO education or similar;
- +2 years of experience in a similar function;
- Dutch and English is required (both written and oral);
- Has attention to detail, is organized and knows how to handle their time;
- Self-starter and feels empowered to make own decisions;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and MS Teams;
- Work from home is possible. Office attendance may be required minimum once a week.
- Additional secretary or management assistance education is an asset but not required.
