    Executive Assistant

    Orion Group is currently looking for a Executive assistantt (7857) for our pharmaceutical client located in Haarlem.



    • Manage the daily agenda of the Site General Manager to make the best use of his/her time.
    • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Site General Manager is well prepared for meetings.


    • Independently, correct and timely process all administrative supportive tasks for the Site General Manager such as registration and filing of in- and outgoing correspondence, meeting minutes and agenda management.
    • Data management and filing.
    • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.


    • Assist in preparing management presentations, meetings with personnel and external visitors and receive external visitors.
    • Collect data for the monthly reports.
    • Have extensive knowledge of the organization and liaise with key personnel (both external and internal) and understand the organizations' aims and objectives.
    • First point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
    • Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
    • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.


    • Carrying out specific projects and research.
    • Assist in defining project results.
    • Create project plans and documents.
    • Define quality norms for execution and track process and conformity
    • Plan, execute and track (own) project activities and commitment from line management.
    • Propose follow-up actions and corrective actions.
    • Co-responsibility for team cohesion and drive.
    • Responsible for project administration and accurate reports.

    Desired qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Relevant working experience and proven track record in coordinating projects.
    • At least 2 to 5 years in similar positions in an international environment.
    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficient in Dutch and English correspondence (verbal and written)
    • Conceptual and analytical skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Both team player as used to work alone
