For our Hospitality department we are looking for an Events Coordinator Hospitality. You coordinate the organisation of all events hosted by the Hospitality Team to ensure smooth operations and consistent quality. You are working together with the team in the day to day operations of the conference center, whilst training and coaching your fellow team members in their ability to organize events up to the desired standard. It is your responsibility to oversee that the preparation for each event is completed in due time and to ensure all parties involved are provided with the necessary instructions.
You work closely with your colleagues (17) by brainstorming, making proposals and planning for events. You coordinate logistics, the invitation process, making sure everything goes as planned on the day itself, the evaluation and the follow up after the event. You are working on hospitality-related administrative tasks, such as making reservations by phone or email and you are also hands-on on the work floor with coffee rounds, guiding clients, cleaning up of rooms, assisting clients and colleagues. In this role you will report directly to the Manager Hospitality. These events play an important role in building relationships with our clients. Our aim: to ensure that our contact with clients is seamless and that it never contradicts the reputation that De Brauw has worked carefully to build over the last 150 years. That means we are client centered and our goal is to always provide our clients with a five star service.
