Job Description
Your Role
As an Event Producer, you are responsible for the conception and delivery of global events for a range of clients.
You run your own events, of varying scales, with support from other members on the team. You split your day to day between full production of events, project & team management and client’s liaison.
You report directly into Managing Partners in Amsterdam and matrix teams across London & Amsterdam per project.
Key Responsibilities / Skills
Event production across projects of varied scale
Well-rounded knowledge across design & production with ability to brief and manage from start to finish across the following areas; design, graphics, fabrication, branding and AV
Ability to bring creative ideas to the table during project planning stages
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take client briefs and develop a 360-project plan
Effective client management & liaison delivered with confidence
Able to manage Junior Event Producers time across projects, delegating tasks & monitoring progress / providing feedback
Is able to work across multiple projects at one given time
Excellent at problem solving with ability to review solution options from other team members
Can work and deliver well under pressure
Ability to present event plans with confidence
Competent in producing internal & client documents
Competent budget management skills including forecast budgeting, ongoing tracking in line with agreed client budgets and post event reconciliations
Key negotiation skills across supplier quotes
Active interest of trends and competitor work in the events industry

Efficient & effective upwards management to client leads
Administrative Work:
Takes initiative in the set-up of all project administration e.g. status, workback schedules, meeting preparation & note taking etc.
Manage team member(s) to ensure admin work they have been assigned on your project is delivered to an excellent standard and on time
Effective budget management of projects and supporting Managing Partners on larger project budgets
Ability to produce evaluation documents and present to clients
Design:
Always considering Studio15’s services when scoping projects and budgets; working with client leads to drive in-house revenue
Ability to effectively brief Studio 15 and manage the client approval process inc. clear timing plans and budget scopes
Creativity and Industry Insight:
Contributes to project planning & pitches on a creative & ideation level, bringing ideas to the table and is pro-active in research
Pro-active interest in industry news & competitor activity; sharing any great work with teams for inspiration
Considers competitor work for current projects & clients
Initiative and Problem Solving:
Has the ability to both identify and solve problems before your client lead or clients do
When highlighting a problem always has a view of what a solution might be
Thinks ahead when project planning, keeping teams and suppliers front of mind
Project Planning & Execution:
Support your client lead by undertaking assigned project tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work across multiple projects at one given time
Can execute a 360-project plan from brief to conception, execution and evaluation including team management and delegation
Approach project tasks with ‘make it happen’ attitude and explore all possible routes to deliver requests from your team and clients
Effective supplier management skills; clear detailed briefings and management to deliver proposals and production on time
Excellent task and time management, responsible for delivering projects on time
Work closely with account teams assigned to projects ensuring awareness of activity outside of event e.g. PR activity, content capture etc. and making sure these plans are aligned and integrated with the live execution
Client Management:
Go above and beyond to demonstrate your commitment to your projects and clients
Show genuine interest in your clients’ business and project briefs
You will be the key point of contact on the project, liaising with clients directly and managing the junior team’s communication with them
Communicates clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing throughout internal & client facing comms
Presentation Skills:
Strong document and deck writing skills
Is able to produce decks for clients which actively sell-in ideas during planning stages
Confident presentation skills, competently talking clients through documents / decks and pitching creative ideas / event proposals
Management of Team:
Management of Junior Producer(s) supporting you on the project, ensuring their work streams & tasks are on track for delivery. Give clear guidance and feedback and lead by example
Keep all members of the team up to date with the project status, ensuring regular internal status meetings are arranged and keeping your client leads informed
