    Event Marketing Manager

    In this position you will be responsible for the promotion of the fast-growing construction machinery business at international and national tradeshows together with our passionate Sales and Marketing team. You will report to the Branding and Marketing manager and together with them integrate the tradeshows in our brand and marketing campaigns.
    Other tasks may include :
    • Designing and producing tradeshow materials e.g., Banners, posters and machine spec panels etc. Also promote them to our dealer network to improve Dealers’ own tradeshow/open days events to make them consistent look and feel.
    • Budget and plan the tradeshows beforehand and monitor the budget processes
    • Work closely with various external service providers such as booth designer & builder, catering, hosts and payment service provider etc. in accordance with the company's values.
    • Perform, participate in, or support our Digital Marketing tasks during the off-season (create ideas for SNS posts and their strategies, analyses of Digital marketing access etc.)
    • Manage different external agencies to help create the content of our marketing activities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or MBO+
    • 5+ years of experience
    • Perfect English skills in both written and spoken
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Eye for detail, planning and budgeting
    • Marketing experience and preferably trade show / event organization background
    • Flexibility to travelling abroad for a few days and also on weekends
