As our Global Event Manager, you will be in charge of the organization and planning of events and trade shows. We participate in 10-15 events each year all around the world. As an Event Manager, you will be present at the events, so traveling is part of your job.
You will be part of our Business Development team, so we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset, great organizational skills, and who can work with strict deadlines.
Analyze the calendar of events and trade shows across +30 countries vidaXL is active in or intends to enter.
Be responsible for the creation and management of the annual calendar of events and trade shows.
Be responsible for the strategy, creative implementation, and organization of all commercial events and trade shows vidaXL attends.
Create and manage the script and budget for each event or trade show.
Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinating the organization and realization of each event, coordinating employees and third parties.
Represent vidaXL as a hostess, during the various events, and don’t shy away from commercial activities during the show.
Evaluates and continuously develops and improves event concepts, quality and return.

3+ years of experience in events management or hospitality branch
Project management skills, and commercial skills are considered a plus.
A proactive, flexible, and creative mentality, adaptive and resilient to changing work environment.
