    Event Manager

    Within FrieslandCampina Professional we are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic event manager to join our Global Branding & Communication team.     The event manager is responsible for the development and execution of fairs & events of all our professional brands in Europe. Enabling marketing, sales and other stakeholders to realize their targets via recommendations, clear planning, cost savings, harmonization linked to fairs & (online and offline) events

    What we ask

    • Bachelor (HBO Event management)
    • 2-5 years event management experience
    • Experience in creating online events
    • Affinity with F&B market
    • International experiece/ cultural diversity
    • Fluent in English & Dutch (pré German / French)
    • Good planning, communication & stakeholder management skills
    • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel etc.

    Vacancy description

    In this position you are responsible for:

    • Excellent execution of fairs and events (offline/online and internal/external);
    • Continuous improvement linked to: solid recommendations, realizing cost savings and finding efficiency across fairs
    • Stimulate & create one way of working within the professional department
    • Coordinate all aspects of fair or event delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating project duration, effort and cost, managing project budget, creating detailed project plans and managing change requests.
    • Act as the primary project lead between all team members assigned to a project
    • Maintain a detailed status, activities and issues report on each project to present to MT and major project stakeholders.
    • Onsite management at the event itself. This means Travelling to events within Europe and managing and overseeing the event.
    • Drives recommendations on fairs & events.
    • Ownership of all digital events within the FC Professional department (organizing with local marketers online events via specific online tools
    • Provide feedback to project stakeholders from a post-fair analysis of all fairs & events
    • Work with the relevant team members to define and update standards and processes and contribute to continuous improvements within the teams.
