In this role – remote, hybrid or from our office – in the beautiful Dutch city of Amersfoort, you will be part of an expiring and international team.
You will be supporting the development of the Ormco business activities in the BeNeLux through the coordination of all marketing activities, e.g. trade fairs, courses, events, seminars, webinars and all other (educational) activities in the assigned region.
You will also give the support needed for coordination of travels, brochures, samples etc. for sales activities and the sales team.
Furthermore, you will have the responsibility of coordinating the Social Networks of the BeNeLux in coordination with the central marketing team.
This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
2-3 years of experience in organizing events
Fluent in English and Dutch both spoken and in writing, French or any other language is a plus
Bachelor Degree preferred
Digital Marketing experience preferred
Community Management experience: Facebook; LinkedIn
Market understanding of Orthodontic products and customers is a plus
Knowledge of seminar locations in the region, like appearance, purchases conditions, restaurant facilities etc.
Capable of building professional relationships with our KOL on a national and international level.
Knows practicalities for organizing trade shows, courses and seminars for orthodontists
High level of planning accuracy combined with excellent execution skills for organizing courses, events and seminars, like service level, hotel arrangements, Key Opinion Leaders demands and customer demands
