As the European Digital Analyst, you will work closely with regional Merchandising, and Marketing teams to identify high-value opportunities to shape the regional Digital Commerce strategy and maximize growth. You will help the regional team to leverage data to make decisions that bring the brand further.
You’ll be part of a multi-faceted Integrated Marketplace team, overseeing the big picture analytics priorities and strategy for Digital Commerce in Europe, and translate these into actionable activities across Europe. We’re looking for a numbers guru who can oversee the development and delivery of cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders to enable them to make fact-based decisions.
In this position, you will report to the Leader of Marketing Operations & Integrated Marketplace Europe and work closely together with the European Integrated Marketplace team and various other teams across the world.
How you will make a difference
Define, develop, and lead the European Digital Commerce Analytics & Reporting framework and function.
Effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from the Integrated Market Place team, markets, and other Marketing teams.
Adapt existing key reports for regional markets.
Ensure analytics results drive rider experience and business impact and help achieve regional and global sales plans.
Build reports and analysis of site performance including segmentation analysis. Include observations and business context to deliver meaningful insights to business leads, not just data.
Build deep dive analysis across multiple Marketing programs such as email, paid search, natural search, banner ads, affiliates, and using data insights from multiple sources: vendor reporting tools, GA 360, and Domo.
Collaborate with the regional team to review and implement new tracking requests and tag implementations to ensure data quality.
Collaborate with Markets on Digital Commerce Analytics & Reporting process, learnings, & best practices, ensuring analytics results drive consumer experience and business impact to achieve objectives.
Create end to end reporting solutions that deliver holistic 360-degree insights about the Digital Commerce business.
What you need to win
2+ years of professional work experience with reporting & analytics.
2+ years of experience with eCommerce analytics using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.
Professional experience designing and measuring effectiveness of A/B tests.
Comfortable building presentations with actionable insights for business partners and executive leadership.
Experience in Tag Manager Platforms (i.e. Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.).
Proficient in SQL / Google BigQuery preferred.
High level of energy, passion and enthusiasm for outdoor lifestyle in general and cycling in particular.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and teammate.
Ability to champion needs cross functionally and influence where necessary across various levels of an organization.
English language skills (fluent). Another European language would be an advantage.
