ESG risks in the Credit Journey is developing rapidly and Rabobank want to protect its clients for these risks. The set-up of a team to create and communicate a ESG/Sustainability learning journey to the CLR community is a great opportunity to get everyone in CLR aligned on this important topic.     An average working day

    Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? You will be part of a team of experts to help communicate you on how ESG/Sustainability is impacting the bank and particularly CLR. They will look to you as the dedicated communication and change expert.

    Rabobank has the ambition to make a real positive impact which is embedded in Rabobank’s mission to ‘Growing A Better World Together’. Also, our stakeholders want us to deliver on Sustainability and ESG risk and embed it in our strategy and risk framework.

    Making a difference

    As an ESG/Sustainability communication and change manager you will focus on:

    • The design and delivery of the ESG Learning journey to the Global CLR community.

    • Promoting awareness amongst the CLR community on the topic of Sustainability and

    ESG risks by hosting and organizing webinars, seminars and workshops.

    • Creating clarity on what ESG risk and sustainability means for the bank, CLR employees

    and their activities in the day today job.

    You and your talent

    • You have completed a bachelor’s degree

    • You have an interest in the topic of Sustainability/ESG and experience in the field of Communication and/or Change Management.

    • You are a self-starter, eager to take the lead and make the CLR community aware of the ESG topic.

    • You are able to switch between all stakeholders and facets, from customer, management and team to product, market, organization and own vision.

    • You are fluent in English.

    • You are experienced in the Agile way of working.

    • Your story inspires.

    This is what we offer you

    • Up to € 6.481.96gross per month (scale 10).

    • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.

    • An extra budget of 11% of your gross monthly salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.

    • A personal development budget of € 1,400-.

    • A combination of working from home and at the office.
