About your role:
The Engagement manager designs and deploys programs and activities which support the engagement of our employees based in Danone Place Amsterdam, so that they feel inspired, motivated and energized by our vision One Planet One health.
The person will work in close relationship with the Head office board as well as the engagement managers of Paris and Singapore Head offices. The role is also closely connected to the local wellbeing and facilities team in Danone Place Amsterdam as well as to the other communication managers in the various entities in the Netherlands.
Your key responsibilities are to
develop an Engagement strategy for DPA, and a communication plan as a key enabler to cascade our vision, strategy and performance across the organization.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the Communication & Engagement strategies and recommend/implement potential improvements
Derived from the Danone Place Amsterdam ‘beyond a place to work’ strategy, build a yearly activity plan engaging our employees on different topics fueling the company strategy
Manage and coach the performance of a junior Communication coordinator
You are passionate about Danone and particularly about people engagement. You are able to connect with and influence Senior Stakeholders. You are a good project manager, you bring fresh ideas and are not afraid of challenging the Status Quo. Furthermore you,
Master Internal communications strategies and are familiar with engagement leavers.
Are able to create compelling and creative communication plans
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
