    EMEA Commercial Operations Internship

    Please note: In order to be considered, you must be enrolled in higher education for the full duration of the internship.

    The internship assignment
    This internship is a great opportunity to join Tesla’s Sales Operations team, providing support to our dynamic Energy team. In this fast paced position you will be learn about logistics, general administrative duties and processing of operational tasks. In addition, you will be involved in assisting with various critical tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic individual wanting to establish a career within Tesla. This role will work to support the Sales teams and other business functions across the sales cycle of Powerpack and Megapack.

    Learning goals & Tasks
    • Ensure that all Powerpack and Megapack shipments across the EMEA region are on-time and stakeholders have full visibility into the status.
    • Create invoices in timely manner and follow-up on outstanding payments to ensure shipments can be executed as planned.
    • Support to further develop the process manual of Sales Operations.
    • Work in a fact moving environment with multiple (also remote) stakeholders in the EMEA region.
    • Ability to identify inefficiencies in processes and adjust processes accordingly.
    • Providing recommendations for efficiency optimization / improvement on traceability / global best practices.
    • Support Tesla's end mission by being flexible and eager to support multiple teams or functions across the business.
    • Work across multiple Powerpack projects at once, supporting the Sales team and other key stakeholders to close contracts.
    • Navigate company software systems to ensure project orders and other information is correct and kept up to date.
    • Complete tasks within set timeframes and provide updates on progress.
    • Assist with special projects and data or trend analysis as needed.
    • Assist with Residential Products team as needed.

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, detail oriented, and execution focused.
    • Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handle shifting priorities.
    • Proactive and resourceful.
    • Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Team oriented.
