    EMEA Business Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Logic ICs

    What you will do
    • Work with EMEA Sales & Marketing teams, plus distributors & Sales Reps as required, to grow BG Analog & Logic sales in the EMEA region, based on a collaborative, one team approach; own & deliver regional Product Line Logic Sales & Design-win targets
    • Be the voice of the BG within the EMEA region; be an evangelist & the local expert on the strategies of the Product Line Logic
    • Be the voice of the EMEA region within the Business Group; key member of BG Analog & Logic Global Marketing Leadership Team
    • Manage a small team of Product Application Engineers, providing best-in-class support to grow customer design-in funnel
    • Identify & anticipate customer requirements relating to Product Line Logic products; consolidate white-spot / roadmap requests & feedback into BG Product Management; highlight regional competitor activity
    • Organize and lead marketing campaigns to push selected portfolios into the market
    • Work with Commercial Marketing to provide pricing intelligence & optimize margin opportunities
    What you will need
    • Degree educated in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar discipline (additional business qualifications an advantage)
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a customer-facing role related to power electronics products & applications
    • Business driver, equally confident across strategy definition & tactical execution
    • Highly self-motivated and team-oriented attitude
    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English (other European languages an advantage)
    • Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
