    EHS & Logistics Coordinator

    In this role you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of tasks to allow a safe, smooth, and efficient operation of all site-specific activities. In addition you will also be supporting the various functions with logistic and other aids.


    • Local EHS and ARBO contact (preventiemedewerker) for registration of incidents, near misses, safety tours etc. as well as coordinating periodic reviews for employee health considerations like the PAGO and RIE
    • Administer local QMS and EHS systems ensuring regular updates and alignment with the broader leading systems in close cooperation with the broader QC/QA and EHS team in the product line

    • Execute (or arrange external) preventative and corrective maintenance on tooling and lifting equipment, ensure availability of materials and tools used in site activities i.e. R&D environment
    • Manage stock of components for R&D activities, training, and demonstration materials • Support prototype assembly and test activities for R&D and CoE projects and developments
    • Arrange registrations, legalization of documents and other declarations at the Chamber of Commerce, embassies, or other institutions
    • First point of contact for contractors, facility management and other site supporting visitors including management and registration of work permits
    • Manage office supplies, facility maintenance and cleaning of the site, support periodic contract discussions with suppliers
    • Support and facilitate events on site and outside for training, customer meetings or other
    • Aid the team on site in general and provide support on continuous improvement projects

    • Mbo or mbo+ degree or work experience, preferably with technical orientation Certified for forklift, reachtruck or similar, and safe lifting required Trained on EHS guidelines and practices, VCA certification preferred


    • Very good experience with industrial manufacturing environment with affinity of business processes in an international setting
    • Experience with industrial product assembly and testing is preferred


    • Familiar with logistic processes and international shipping requirements A proficiency in MS Office and SAP is an advantage Team player with good communication skills
