    eCommerce manager

    At FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Netherlands, part of the business group FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy in Amersfoort, we are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial eCommerce manager.
    Together with Dutch eTailers we are leading the growing online food business. The significant dairy share of the online basket obligates FrieslandCampina to keep on innovating and stay ahead of competition. And as the eCommerce share already is a significant part of our business, winning in eCommerce is key for winning in the market!

    To maintain the pace of the growth towards a 15% online share in 2023, we need to intensify and extend our partnerships and business. In line we are expanding our team and have an open spot for a eCommerce manager.

    What we ask

    As a eCommerce manager at FrieslandCampina, your key accountabilities and
    responsibilities are:

    • Develop & Manage eCommerce partnerships within bricks & clicks and quick commerce
    • Set up new eCommerce partnerships within Superunie
    • Define and roll out of customer specific strategies (f.e. assortment, promotions, activations, pilots)
    • Allocate and manage eCommerce customers budgets
    • Daily operations of marketplace business (Amazon, Bol)
    • Review and continuously optimize business performance on key eCommerce KPI’s
    • Connect and align with the offline sales teams, at customer and within FrieslandCampina

    Vacancy description

    In order to be successful in this position, we expect the candidate to have the following qualifications:

    • MSc degree (preferably in Business Management, Marketing Management);
    • 3+ years commercial experience in FMCG, preferably within eCommerceat manufacturer or retailer
    • Knowledge on the Dutch food retail market and the key players
    • Aspiring a career in eCommerce
    • Financial aware and entrepreneurial
    • Pro-active and a teamplayer;
    • Result-orientated;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Strong communication Skills (Dutch and English).
