Who am I? As an e-merchandiser you have a passion for marketing & optimization of (online) brands. In your role as e-merchandiser at L'Oréal (Professional Products Division) you, among other things, ensure the highest possible quality of our products ‘PCP/PDPs’ and visibility through e.g., optimization of content, ratings & reviews and SEO. You have a passion for thinking outside of the box and working on projects to build new tools and making L’Oréal the leading Beauty Tech Company of the future.
Ensuring best-in-class content (structure, text, SEO proof, visuals, video) is delivered to our retail. partners for our products (with focus on our HERO sku’s).
Collecting content & performing content checks before sharing with our retailers.
Identifying & sharing opportunities to improve our content.
Monitoring and accelerating the generation of ratings & reviews for our (key) SKU’s.
Coordinating the efforts of our brand specialists within the different retailer organizations.
Owning the Salsify/OPERA, EDGE, Diagnostic tool, etc. from a PPD perspective.
You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives.
Our ideal candidate:
At least 2 years experience
Has in-depth knowledge of:
SEO and search algorithms
Retailer e-com platform possibilities
Knows how to work with performance/PIM-DAM systems e.g. Google analytics, power BI, Salsify/Opera and more.
Is a self-starter, works well in (multi-brand/div) teams and is willing to learn and move fast
Is based in the Netherlands. Ideally with a knowledge of French and/or Dutch, English is required
