    E-Commerce Manager EMEA Onitsuka Tiger

    Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, the Manager of eCommerce is responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience through the flawless execution of all site updates for Onitsuka Tiger EMEA. Also, this position will be the project leader of the eCommerce Platform change to Magento.
    You will lead the website optimization, eCommerce merchandising, content development, digital campaigns and product launches for based on the direction of global HQ in Japan. This role requires a highly analytical manager who has experience in dealing with external agencies and a strong understanding of SEO and SEM methods.
    In addition, the Manager of eCommerce plays a key role in partnering with the Onitsuka Tiger Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan to ensure ASICS Digital in Boston, MA, and eCommerce vendor in Japan for future projects has all the information to effectively hit deadlines as well as owning the product and content image process for Onitsuka Tiger.
    Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
    • Provide for the on-time and flawless execution of monthly merchandising sets, new products, categories and creative content for the website and marketplaces;
    • Manage the online asset management process which includes product images, product description and other creative images in conjunction with the e-commerce specialist;
    • Oversee all product and marketing launch updates which include creating onsite banners, testing and ensuring all supporting content is ready for launch;
    • Lead the planning process to define eCommerce strategy to ensure the proper acquisitions and redemption strategies are put in place to drive traffic and improve shopping rates;
    • Act as the interface between the regional organization and global marketing team for product and segment-specific topics;
    • High collaboration with Onitsuka Tiger Teams (Merchandising, IT, SAP FMS, Master Data...) to avoid inventory shortage and sales opportunity loss.
    • Manage relationship with external digital marketing agency to help drive qualified traffic to the site from paid marketing channels including but not limited to Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, etc. and exploring new channels to gain new customers and maintain efficiencies;
    • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to identify new tactics to drive user engagement, revenue growth & customer retention through email, SNS and loyalty channels (OneASICS ™ program);
    Magento eCommerce Platform transition project:
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and tools that power our programs, including the exploration and piloting of new tools
    • Work with site operations & backend teams on bug fixes to maintain high-quality user experiences
    • Work with external eCommerce vendor in Japan and ASICS Digital team to launch new E-Com platform
    • Forecast and manage marketing and eCommerce budgets
    • Recap monthly ecommerce and marketing performance, reporting current business trends to cover every aspect of the business, as well as, competitor performance
    • Report to the headquarter on sales and further details and analysis of eCommerce performance
    • Manage campaign reporting, analysis, to ensure sales, traffic and brand KPIs are met

    What we are looking for:
    • 5+ years of eCommerce Experience, running operations in an e-commerce environment, including executing strategy;
    • Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team;
    • Experience in Salesforce or Magento Platform;
    • Digital Marketing Experience;
    • Experience in Google Analytics ;
    • Experience in DAM (digital asset management) and PIM (product information management) preferred;
    • Experience in data analysis utilizing BI (Business Intelligence) tool a plus;
    • Experience in developing and managing CRM program, applications, Omnichannel scheme, online marketplace preferred;
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
