    E-commerce Customer Service

    As an E-commerce Customer Service Representative, you manage 3 webshops daily, being the contact point to end-users and partners. Your focus is customer success but a commercial mindset is just as important. In this role, you:
    • Advise customers on products
    • Generate leads
    • Process orders
    • Handle complaints
    On top of that, you support account managers with first-line questions and work closely with marketing to optimize content and increase turnover


    In order to do this successfully, you need:
    • Fluency in English and relevant experience within European market
    • A customer-oriented attitude
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience with CRM systems
    • A good dose of proactivity and can-do attitude
