As an Online Customer Service representative, you manage 3 webshops daily, being the contact point to end-users and partners. Your focus is customer success:
Advise customers on products
On top of that, you support account managers with first-line questions and work closely with marketing to optimize content and increase turnover
In order to do this successfully, you need:
Fluency in German and proficiency in English, plus Dutch
A customer-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills
Experience with CRM systems
A good dose of proactivity and can-do attitude
