(1) New customer development: responsible for the development of PV distributors and installers in own region. Introduce our company's strength and products to customers, so that our company can successfully become the new inverter supplier for customers.
(2) Existing customer maintenance: pay regular visits to existing customers, promote our new products, understand customers' purchasing plans, organize after-sales and marketing staff to train and explain our products to customers. Complete the sales task.
(3) Know the information of other inverter manufacturers used by customers: product information, price, stock. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors
(1) Engineering related major (recent graduates are welcome), business major.
(2) A good command of reading and writing in Dutch and be able to communicate very fluently in English/Dutch and have a permanent legal work permit in the Netherlands.
(3) Proficient in computer and office software operation.
(4) Proactive and responsible, with good communication skills and sense of teamwork, and strong execution of target plans
(5) Willing to travel frequently
Note: For new sales engineers, we have very detailed product, market and training. And there are German general manager and senior sales manager for guidance.
